Music Helps make You Move

Music is among the most effective motivators... no matter if it's working out, just working or just having fun... having the right music will determine how much we love the activities we're engaged in.

Music can get you in"the "zone", makes you want to move, and it can boost your mood.

Why do we listen to music? Each generation has a different answer. Whatever the answer, each generation can be of one mind that it impacts their wellbeing. This can be achieved through a variety of manners... including memories of emotional events, and even the process of reminiscing.

Perhaps you've had a rough day and you're sitting in your sofa with your headphones on listening to the latest album by your favourite artist or working out.

Music can be a distraction from pain and fatigue enough that you don't dislike that stitch on your side! It can lift your mood and increase endurance. A song that is upbeat can motivate you to work harder to make the time spent working out appear as if it went by in a flash.

There's nothing better than listening to the theme from Rocky (Gonna Fly Now), AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to get the adrenaline pumping!

While doing yoga or studying what about a quieter playlist, songs such as Yellow by Coldplay, or the stirring of it Up Bob Marley?

Do you like partying the night away to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber What a wonderful opportunity to spend time with friends, meet new people and work out! Dancing may also help increase your balance.

Certain people believe that listening to soft music could make people feel more relaxed while eating, causing them to be more aware of what they are eating as well as the amount they consume.

Some people will listen to music during work to concentrate on their work, (or to simply block out the guy sitting next to them who is always on the phone!) they say that they are more efficient and are able to think of more ideas while listening to music because it boosts their mood. There are those that feel listening to music or wearing earbuds throughout the day is considered rude, and that people did not perform their duties.

Whatever you are listening at or wherever you're, there are many options available in how you play music.
